hey unpopular opinion and not to be that honest bitch™ that always ruins fantasies but the “don’t care about your notes!!! 😇” mentality on simblr needs to stop. You all know damn well that sentence is fake, we are creators and every creator ever, no matter what they create, cares about validation and support, no matter what form they are in and simblr isn’t any different. Asks, reblogs, likes, followers, comments, we all love it. That mentality only guilt trips people into feeling selfish. What we should be telling new simblrs (and old as well) instead should be “hey it’s okay to care about your notes, it’s okay to feel down, it’s okay to want more popularity and feel fulfilled when someone likes your content, we all feel like that, we’re human and it means we’re liked and our content is enjoyable, but don’t let that get in front of what really matters: the content and if you enjoy it or not, because in the end, it will pay off”. Stop spreading around fake statements that will only make ppl feel worse just in order to seem positive and kind uwu. We all like validation, we all care, we just can’t let that erase what’s important.
